Compact tractors and harvesters
Japanese farm machinery is built for small, irregular plots, which is exactly the situation most smallholders elsewhere are farming in. A 25 hp Kubota is a serious working machine here, not a garden toy, and that design brief travels better than large-frame equipment does.
What we handle
Auction and direct sourcing, mechanical inspection, optional servicing, implement matching, container loading and export documentation. Tractors travel well in containers, which keeps freight predictable and avoids the port handling charges that RoRo attracts.
Practical notes
- Implements are half the value. A tractor without a rotavator, plough or trailer is only part of a working set. Japanese machines often come with implements attached, and we can add what is missing before shipping.
- Four wheel drive. Most Japanese compact tractors are 4WD as standard, which matters on wet or sloped ground and is worth confirming rather than assuming.
- Paddy work is hard on the underside. A machine used in rice fields can look clean on top and be tired underneath. We check underneath and report it.
- Labels and manuals. Controls and plates are usually in Japanese only. We supply translated control labels and the operating basics with each machine.
Tell us the horsepower range, the implements you need and the destination port, and we will assemble a container that arrives as a working set rather than a collection of machines.
